Client: data stays local

Database connection info is stored on your own computer, with passwords encrypted — never written to config files in plain text.
Once activated, the app runs fully offline; your database contents, SQL history, and query results are never uploaded to our servers.
Activation verification only sends your client UUID, activation code, and basic device info to the website to validate the code.

Website: what we collect

Download logs: when you download the client from the website, we record the platform, IP address, and browser type for download statistics and security protection.
Activation code requests: when you get a code, we record the client UUID and request time to generate and validate codes.
Activation and heartbeat logs: activation verification and client heartbeats record UUID, IP, and time for license management and activity statistics.
We do not collect your name, email (no email is needed for free activation codes), or any database content.

How data is used and stored

Collected data is used only to provide activation codes, measure downloads and activations, and detect abuse to keep the service secure.
Data is stored on our servers and is never sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.
